1. Return & Cancellation Policy
Returns
At Zerka Studio, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for non-customized items within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet the following conditions:
Return Conditions
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and free from any damage, wear, or modifications.
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included components must be returned.
- The product must be shipped back in its original shipping box or a similarly protective package.
- Any missing parts, accessories, or packaging may result in a denied return or a partial refund.
- If the item shows signs of use, damage, or modification, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
Customized & Non-Returnable Items
Because customized items are uniquely crafted to meet your specifications, they are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival. Additionally, certain products may be explicitly marked as non-returnable on their respective product pages.
If a return is exceptionally accepted for a customized item due to special circumstances, a 50% restocking and refurbishment fee will be applied. This fee covers the labor and material costs involved in customization and refurbishment for potential resale.

Order Cancellations
- Non-Customized Items: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order will be processed and shipped, making cancellation no longer possible.
- Customized Items & Non-Cancellable Products: Due to the personalized nature of our custom products, cancellations are only permitted within the first 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
We encourage customers to double-check their order details before confirming a purchase. If you have any concerns or special requests, please reach out to our support team before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem through a replacement or store credit.
Refund Process
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds for customized items (if applicable) will deduct the 50% restocking fee.
- Returns that do not meet our return conditions (missing parts, damaged items, or incomplete packaging) will be rejected.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

2. PRIVACY POLICY
SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from Zerka Studio, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you provide, such as your name, address, and email address.
When you browse our store, we automatically receive your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address to help us understand your browser and operating system.
Email Marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, promotions, and other updates.

When you provide personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery, or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting and using it for that specific purpose only.

Once you leave Zerka Studio’s website or are redirected to a third-party application, this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service no longer apply.
