We accept returns for non-customized items within 30 days of purchase. However, because customized items are uniquely crafted to meet your specifications, or if a product is mentioned as non-returnable on its page, a 50% restocking and refurbishment fee will apply for any returns. This fee helps cover the cost of the custom work and refurbishment necessary for resale.

Can I cancel my order?
Non-customized orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. For customized products and certain other specified items, cancellations are only permitted within the first 24 hours. After this period, cancellations are not possible, as the customization process begins quickly to ensure we deliver a high-quality, tailored product.
